Five years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality, or relevant business ownership experience within the last ten years
Knowledge of, or experience in, the local market or one that is similar to the proposed market (urban, suburban, rural, regional issues)
Experience in development financing and strategy (including but not limited to real estate site selection, business impact, remodel programs, etc.)
Franchisee and all partners must be United States citizens
Minimum liquidity requirements for the franchisee or its owners (as a whole) are as follows:
Initial franchise fee of $75k per restaurant for a 10-year term
Royalty fees of 5% of gross sales
Marketing fees of 1.75% national, 2.5% local spend
